Well, I've been slacking in the etc-web
as livejournal department. I'll try and catch up a bit here. Fun dance music
set tonight, made it from progressive house and broken beat to perlon sound
to minimal tech to electro and detroit. Logical progression. Fair number of
phone calls, gave away tickets for Kid Koala and Vladislav Delay shows this
week (now don't you wish you were listening?). Big thanks to Emily for recording
this show for me, came off wonderfully. Was in competition with the big BT
show at Norris University Center tonight as well as the Dimbiman & Peter
Ford show at Redno, but people listened anyway. The show kicked off, in fact,
with a cryptic phone call over the air from those two + Mani en route from
the airport or somewhere. A couple dedication tracks, My Friend going out
to xine881 of Variety
Is The Spice Of Life for her help with the show, and Sydney Harbour Bridge
going out to the little astronaut. Wasn't really on the web so didn't get
any IMs but got calls from Vadim, Dave P, Gustavo and Dave Siska (all adds).
