Music
I got one of the best compliments ever tonight - that
if anyone in Chicago could work some particular noise-rock band into a beat-oriented
set, it would be me... and that the set last week was one of the best they'd
heard because of how it was always verging on collapse... bordering on "psychedelic."
Rock on, I don't know if I've ever gotten called 'psychedelic' before but
that's pretty hot. Thanks to Jeff,
Eddie, Nick, David,
David, and Ray
for music on the night, thanks to Atomly,
j3s, Beau, Alex from Heavy
Petting, Adam from Kill Memory Crash, Alicia and Matt Negative for coming
out, and Caton and Jrick
for letting me play (again).
